Intellessence Inc. grants every registered user of IntellePret the following rights: You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer for development purposes. You may access the registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network for development purposes. For instance, if 10 different workstations will access the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the network, each workstation must have its own license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, regardless of whether they use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at different times or concurrently.

Intellessence’s License Agreement requires that to distribute IntellePret only as part of the software you develop, your software must have significant and primary functionality sufficient to differentiate it from IntellePret. If you choose to distribute IntellePret as part of your software, IntellePret should not be registered on the distributed computer. Instead your software should authorize IntellePret by passing it the authentication key.. The method of authorization has been fully documented in IntellePret ObjectModel.

The license agreement does not allow you to merely extend IntellePret in any manner whatsoever and redistribute it.

IntellePret’s licensing key and code must be kept confidential.
